How to Sell Your Property?

When you have a property under contract, you will provide:1. Type of Property
2. Marketing Description
3. Property Address
4. Property Features
5. Asking Price
6. Contract & Sales Status
7. Photographs
8. Attachments
9. Notes
Please include the following information on each deal:
1. Recent 30-60-90 day comps less than one mile from property.
2. After repair value, or (ARV) of your property
3. Rehab cost
4. What will the property rent for?
5. Recent pictures, both interior and exterior
To Submit a property forsale:
1. You must be login to Submitt A Property
2. Move your cursor over your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. A dropdown box should appear.
4.Within the dropdown box, locate and click on the clickable link that says “submit property.”
5. This action will prompt you to begin filling out the necessary information to submit your properties.
Once submitted, our investment team will analyze your financials and review your deal. If your package looks like a solid wholesale deal, Wholesale Real Estate USA either buys it or offers the deal directly to our Network of All Cash Buyers.
DO NOT submit a Wholesale property until you have it under contract with Seller.
